Smith sitting in the No. 1 spot is hardly a surprise, as he's been exceptional throughout his college career on the Buckeyes.

This season, he leads the Big Ten with 984 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns while averaging 18.9 yards per reception.

"He's a guy way up there in the stratosphere," Kiper said regarding Smith (31:20 mark). "He's the best player in the draft. He's at number one, we all know that."

As for Becker, he stepped up throughout Indiana's College Football Playoff run last season and has remained impactful in 2026 despite the departure of Fernando Mendoza.

In eight games this year, Becker has hauled in 42 receptions for 726 yards and eight touchdowns.

"I don't know what else we can say about him in terms of route running," Kiper said about Becker (37:20 mark). "He doesn't drop a ball."

"Charlie Becker has not dropped a pass in his career," he added. "He's got that frame, that catch radius that he showed this past week against Michigan."

On the latest big board from Bleacher Report's NFL Scouting Department, Smith was listed as the No. 1 wide receiver in the 2027 class while Becker was ranked No. 5.

As Indiana and Ohio State continue to battle for the Big Ten title this season, Smith and Becker have easily established themselves as top draft prospects at wide receiver.
