DETROIT (AP) — The Detroit Lions will be without two starting offensive linemen against the Buffalo Bills on Thursday night.

Detroit ruled out rookie offensive tackle Blake Miller (knee) and guard Christian Mahogany (hip) with injuries. Cornerback D.J. Reed (foot) was questionable on the injury report Wednesday.

Miller, drafted No. 17 overall after not missing a game at Clemson, played through a knee injury during his NFL debut in an overtime win over New Orleans on Sunday. Mahogany was hurt early in the game against the Saints .

The Lions have veterans to fill in for Miller and Mahogany, who was replaced by 28-year-old Ben Bartch against the Saints. Larry Borom , who has 38 career starts, will likely start at right tackle in place of Miller against the Bills.

Detroit's top free agent addition, center Cade Mays , went on injured reserve nearly a month ago with a wrist injury.
