Week 2 will be here before we know it. The New Orleans Saints and Baltimore Ravens shared their initial injury reports after practicing on Wednesday, Sept. 16, ahead of their matchup at M&T Banks Stadium on Sunday, Sept. 20. And it looks like thee teams are in two very different places on the health front. The Saints kept just two players out of practice on Wednesday: tight end Juwan Johnson , with an illness; and linebacker Isaiah Stalbird , who injured his shoulder on a special teams tackle but later returned to the game. Both cases are precautionary.

And there's more good news for New Orleans . Running back Alvin Kamara (knee) is expected to play this week, per head coach Kellen Moore, and defensive end Cameron Jordan (hamstring) is trending in the right direction after practicing on a limited basis. Jordan was held out for most of last week before practicing a little on Friday. The team could get both their all-time leading rusher and sacks record-holder this week.

But what about Baltimore? The Ravens practiced without six players on Wednesday, not including rookie wide receiver Ja'Kobi Lane, who is going on injured reserve. Their leading receiver Zay Flowers is day-to-day with a hamstring injury and didn't practice. Three more Ravens players were limited, and two others practiced fully while receiving treatment. Here's the full injury report from each team:

TE Juwan Johnson (illness): Did not participate

LB Isaiah Stalbird (shoulder): Did not particicpate

EDGE Cameron Jordan (hamstring): Limited

DL Calais Campbell (not injury related/rest): Did not participate

WR Zay Flowers (hamstring): Did not participate

OLB Trey Hendrickson (finger): Did not participate

G John Simpson (groin): Did not participate

T Ronnie Stanley (toe): Did not participate

CB T.J. Tampa (knee): Did not participate
