Still a power bottom.

Apple made the slightly controversial decision to put the power button on the bottom of the M4 Mac Mini, and that’s still the case on the newly announced M6 and M5 Pro models. If you find that irksome, a workaround on macOS 26.5 and later is to set your Mac to always automatically turn on when it receives power — handy after a power outage. Waymo announced today that it will launch a robotaxi service in Munich by the end of 2027, marking the latest international market for the autonomous vehicle operator. The company is also eyeing London and Tokyo for future service. It remains to be seen whether overseas regulators will be more welcoming than some US cities? Tesla Cybertruck is now a more expensive sales dud.

The low-volume truck that Elon Musk once claimed would sell over 250,000 units annually is now about $5,000 more expensive, according to Reuters. Two trims are going up in price: the dual-motor version is now $74,990, up from $69,990; and the all-wheel drive Cybertruck is $84,990, up from $79,990. Tesla has futzed with the truck’s lineup before, introducing a $60,000 all-wheel drive version and jacking up the Cyberbeast trim by $15,000. But it’s done little to juice sales, with only 3,519 Cybertrucks delivered in Q1 2026, down 45 percent year over year. Nanoleaf’s LED panels might soon work with the Philips Hue app.

According to Smartlights, Philips Hue is planning to launch a wall light module and adapters for Nanoleaf Triangle, Mini Triangle, and Hexagon panels. It’ll reportedly cost around €40, but that might be worth it if I could control my lights without using Nanoleaf’s laggy app. [Link: Philips Hue wall light module brings Nanoleaf Shapes to the Hue app | https://www.smartlights.de/news/philips-hue-wandleuchtenmodul-bringt-nanoleaf-shapes-in-die-hue-app/ | Smartlights]
