Ahead of Sunday Night Football , Week 7 of the NFL season has delivered several exciting fantasy surprises, with under-the-radar players turning increased opportunities into big performances.
The three wide receivers we're singling out for your wavier wire consideration ahead of Week 8 all posted 20 or more points in their respective games on Sunday. They earned a place on the list not only for their production this week but their potential moving forward.

Week 7 stats: 5 rec, 115 rec yds, 1 rec TD, 22.5 pts
At this point, we're just going to reserve a spot for Omar Cooper Jr. in this weekly round-up until he's rostered in the majority of leagues.
Cooper appeared in last week's waiver wire target list after he had 103 yards on six receptions and found the end zone as well. His rostered percentage did jump from 19% to 39%, but after posting a second straight game at this level of production upon returning from his four-week injury absence, fantasy managers should bank on Cooper being a consistent threat in the Jets offense and consider him at least a flex option moving forward. What's more, the Jets are clearly committed to scheming to get Cooper the ball.
If Cooper is available in your league, he's a priority on waivers this week.
Week 7 stats: 8 rec, 129 rec yds, 23.2 pts
KC Concepcion managed to put up more than 20 fantasy points on Sunday without finding the end zone. That alone should make fantasy managers sit up and take notice when they're putting in their waiver claims this week.
The rookie was an obvious roster choice in dynasty leagues, but now he's proving his worth in redraft leagues as well. On Sunday, he saw 10 targets, confirming that he's continuing to carve out a larger role in the Browns offense. He has demonstrated his ability to move the chains and amass yards after the catch. With this level of target volume, Concepcion is a viable WR 3 or flex option moving forward.
Week 7 stats: 2 rec, 70 rec yds, 2 rec TD, 21.0 pts
Was Douglas' 21-point fantasy day heavily weighted by his two trips to the end zone? No question. And it's understandable if fantasy managers aren't moved to pull the trigger on him just yet, as he only saw three targets on Sunday against the Jets.
However, with Douglas just returning to action in Week 7 after suffering an injury in Week 2, the spark he was able to provide the Dolphins offense was evident. Even if he's not scoring two touchdowns a week, he should only see more opportunities as he returns to full practice and amasses a greater volume of targets in Week 8 and beyond. If you've got a bench spot free, he's likely to be available in your league.
