Week 2 of the NFL season continues with another slate of action Sunday afternoon — which fantasy football managers will, undoubtedly, hope follows the trend of offensive explosion showcased in Week 1. The league tied the post-merger record for the most Week 1 points scored ever at 791 across 16 NFL games.Among the key injuries to know heading into Week 2: Texans wideout Nico Collins showed up on the injury report with a hamstring injury this week and was officially ruled out for Week 2, along with Ravens WR Zay Flowers (hamstring). Chargers WR Ladd McConkey (rib) is questionable, while Raiders TE Brock Bowers (knee) was listed as doubtful.On the quarterback front, Bengals star Joe Burrow is dealing with back tightness but is officially active for Week 2. Vikings quarterback Kyler Murray is dealing with a concussion suffered in Week 1 and was already ruled out, with veteran Carson Wentz set to start in his place. Seahawks' Sam Darnold was also already ruled out against the Cardinals (though he's avoided IR for now), with Drew Lock set to make his first start since 2024. Cooper Rush will again start for the Falcons in Week 2, with Tua Tagovailoa (back) doubtful and Michael Penix Jr. ruled out.While not injury-related, Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen is facing a three-game minimum suspension in reference to his drunk-driving arrest at the end of August. He is still expected to be active Sunday night as the Colts face the Kansas City Chiefs on “Sunday Night Football.”On a positive note, fantasy football managers will see New England Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson make his season debut returning from a preseason ankle injury.
