In addition to Humphrey, quarterback Lamar Jackson is questionable to return with an ankle injury, but looks unlikely to come back in since he's standing on the sideline with a headphone in his ear. Tyler Huntley is in the game for him.

Guard Andrew Vorhees, who is dealing with a foot injury, has also been ruled out.

The Ravens hope the injuries to all three players aren't severe, since they have playoff and Super Bowl aspirations.

The Ravens lead 24-10 on the Titans at the start of the fourth quarter. CBS is currently televising the game regionally. Chris Lewis and Luke Kuechly are calling the game.
