Kansas City Chiefs to face player No. 6 of the 'NFL Top 100' in 2026

The "NFL Top 100 Players" is an annual NFL offseason tradition. There are a few names from the Kansas City Chiefs expected to make the cut, but there are also many opponents featured in this year's rankings. Player No. 6 is a player they are scheduled to face this coming season.

No. 6 is San Francisco 49ers Running Back Christian McCaffrey.

McCaffrey started all 17 games for the 49ers in 2025, finishing with 311 carries for 1,202 rushing yards and ten rushing touchdowns to go with 102 receptions for 924 receiving yards and seven receiving touchdowns. He won the Comeback Player of the Year award at the NFL Honors ceremony.

McCaffrey and the 49ers will visit the Chiefs in Week 16 of the 2026 season on Sunday, December 27, at Arrowhead Stadium.
