Because, as you know, that baby’s not going to wait until you’re rested. They’re getting up when they want to get up, and if you’re not rested and recovered, that’s on you, right?”The 4 time Pro Bowler added, “That’s on me—that’s my fault. So I just need to be the best dad that I can be. That’s all I’m focused on right now—making sure that I can get as much sleep as possible and just be as present and as good of a dad as I can be right now.”Josh Allen continued, “But it’s the whole regimen, if you will—waking up, making sure I can work out, making sure I’m doing everything I need to be doing for the football side of it, but also being the best dad that I can be, and as helpful as I can be.”He added, “So, sometimes it’s the 2 to 5 a.m. shift, right? If the baby’s up, I’m up, too, that’s just what it is.
