Believe it or not, we're already approaching the quarter mark of the 2026 NFL season. The first three weeks have been filled with surprises—and injuries—that have shaken up both the football landscape and the fantasy football world.

Entering Week 4, many managers will need replacements to navigate upcoming matchups. Several key players are expected to be out this week, and byes will begin in Week 5.

Fortunately, a few quality sleepers should still be available on the waiver wire.

Here, you'll find updated rankings for Week 4, a cheat sheet of value targets, and a look at some top waiver targets. All rankings and picks are based on point-per-reception (PPR) scoring.

Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers

Sleeper: Mike Washington Jr., RB, Las Vegas Raiders

Running back was already a very shallow position in fantasy before we saw Travis Etienne Jr., Breece Hall, and De'Von Achane suffer injuries in Week 3. Finding viable replacements on the waiver wire has been a challenge.

While those injuries will open opportunities for new starters, Mike Washington Jr. is a dedicated backup worth considering. The Las Vegas Raiders have him as a change of pace behind starter Ashton Jeanty, as the rookie has elite breakaway ability.

In Week 3, Washington logged five carries for 54 yards and a touchdown.

This week, the Raiders may need both Jeanty and Washington to set the tone and the pace against the visiting Kansas City Chiefs. Washington is rostered in only 39 percent of leagues.

Sleeper: Wan'Dale Robinson, WR, Tennessee Titans

The Tennessee Titans offense is still trying to find its rhythm with second-year quarterback Cam Ward and new offensive coordinator Brian Daboll. One thing that worked in Week 3 was the connection between Ward and Wan'Dale Robinson.

Robinson caught seven of 11 targets for 57 yards and a touchdown last Sunday.

There's obviously no guarantee that Robinson will be as heavily targeted this week, but he should be a big part of the game plan. The Titans will likely pass early and often while trying to keep pace with the Baltimore Ravens.

Baltimore has surrendered the 11th-most fantasy points to opposing receivers this season. Robinson is still rostered in only 63 percent of fantasy leagues.
