Cam Skattebo Teases New TD Celebration Despite Viral Video of Backflip in Giants' Win vs. Cowboys

New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo says he's planning on mixing up his end zone celebrations after capping off his first touchdown of the season with a backflip .

"I've been saying it for about a month now, I'm gonna do a backflip when I score my first touchdown," Skattebo said after the Giants kicked off the season last Sunday with a 28-20 win over the visiting Dallas Cowboys.

"I might do it here and there throughout the year, but you won't see it every time. Make up something else now, and try to give the kids something else to do."

Skattebo flipped in the end zone after running in the Cowboys' first touchdown of the game in Sunday's first quarter.

Skattebo finished the win with 18 carries for 81 rushing yards in his first game back after recovering from the right ankle dislocation, tibia fracture and ruptured deltoid ligament that ended his rookie season last October.

The running back, who told Kay Adams earlier this month he contemplated retirement early in his rehab, is set to once more serve as the Giants' lead back when the team kicks off its first road game of the season Monday at the Los Angeles Rams.
