Jets missing 2 key players at practice ahead of NFL Week 5 matchup vs Browns
The Jets could be in for a tough game this weekend against the Browns after latest injury update.
The New York Jets continue to deal with significant injury concerns heading into their NFL Week 5 matchup against the Cleveland Browns, with two important offensive players still absent from practice Thursday.

Hall continues to work his way back from a quadriceps injury that forced him to miss New York's Week 4 loss to the Chicago Bears. The running back was not present for warmups Thursday, marking another missed practice as he attempts to return for Sunday's matchup with Cleveland.
Jets head coach Aaron Glenn previously described Hall's injury as week-to-week, and his continued absence makes it increasingly difficult to envision him being ready to play Sunday without a significant change over the next 48 hours. Hall initially suffered the injury during New York's Week 3 loss to the Detroit Lions.
If Hall cannot return, Braelon Allen would once again be expected to handle the bulk of the Jets' running back workload. Allen handled all 16 touches given to New York running backs in the Week 4 loss to Chicago, finishing with 14 carries for 59 yards along with two receptions for eight yards.
Adonai Mitchell also misses another practice

Mitchell is facing a similar situation at wide receiver. The young receiver was not present for Thursday's warmups because of a finger injury, putting him on track to miss another practice ahead of Sunday's game.
Mitchell has already missed the Jets' last two games after suffering the finger injury in practice. Glenn said Wednesday that Mitchell remains week-to-week, while the specific nature of the injury has not been disclosed.
The continued absence of both Hall and Mitchell is especially concerning for a Jets offense that struggled badly in Chicago. New York managed just 157 total yards and 12 points in the 23-12 loss, while quarterback Geno Smith completed only 8 of 15 passes for 119 yards.
The Jets will have another opportunity to get both players on the field Friday before final injury designations are announced. New York enters Sunday's matchup at 1-3, while the Browns are 3-1 and have won three straight.
