Week 4 got underway on Thursday night, and waiver wire claims have already been processed in most fantasy leagues. However, this doesn't mean that managers in need of help are completely out of luck.

A few deep sleepers with Week 4 value are likely to remain available in most Yahoo and Sleeper leagues. A few more may be less attractive this week but are worth considering ahead of Week 5 byes.

Here, we'll examine the top remaining waiver-wire targets for point-per-reception (PPR) leagues.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones has had limited fantasy appeal to this point in 2026. His top receiver, Alec Pierce, is on injured reserve, and he hasn't carried as much value as a scrambler as he did in 2025.

Jones hasn't tallied more than 12.4 fantasy points in any of his first three outings this season. However, he projects as a strong streamer against the Washington Commanders this week.

Only the Detroit Lions have surrendered more fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks than Washington. San Darnold, in his first game back from injury, logged 29.7 against the Commanders last week.

Jones is rostered in 25 percent of fantasy leagues.

Mike Washington Jr., RB, Las Vegas Raiders

Even after recording 54 yards, one touchdown, and 11.4 fantasy points in Week 3, Mike Washington remains available in 60 percent of fantasy leagues. The Las Vegas Raiders running back is firmly behind starter Ashton Jeanty, which lowers his fantasy floor.

Washington yielded just 4.8 fantasy points over the first two weeks of the season combined.

However, Washington has a high ceiling as a change-of-pace back, one the Raiders should look to incorporate more often moving forward. Expect the Raiders to utilize both backs this week against the rival Kansas City Chiefs.

Kansas City has been middle-of-the-road against opposing RBs, allowing the 18th-most (tied) fantasy points to the position.

New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye has struggled with No. 1 receiver A.J. Brown out of the lineup, and his inability to find a new go-to target has been a big part of the problem. However, Maye found a bit of a rhythm with Mack Hollins in Week 3, though that wasn't nearly enough in New England's 35-6 loss.

Hollins caught six of nine targets for 87 yards against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He could have an even bigger outing against the Buffalo Bills this week.

The Patriots may need to throw early and often to keep pace with Josh Allen and the Bills. Hollins could also be extra motivated against his former team, one that has struggled against opposing receivers.

Buffalo has surrendered the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing WRs this season. Hollins is rostered in just six percent of fantasy leagues.

Tight end Darren Waller was a big part of the Carolina Panthers' game plan in Week 3 and should play a significant role again this week against the visiting Lions.

Against the Cleveland Browns, Waller caught five of eight targets for 51 yards. He should see a high volume of targets again this week, as receiver Jalen Coker continues to battle a quad injury.

Coker caught just two of four targets in Week 3 after catching eight of nine targets in each of the first two weeks.

Waller also has a terrific matchup this week, as no team has surrendered more fantasy points to TEs than Detroit. Waller is rostered in just 28 percent of fantasy leagues.

Bye weeks will enter the fantasy equation in Week 5. While the Panthers and Kansas City Chiefs are the only teams scheduled off, that means standouts like Bryce Young, Tetairoa McMillan Patrick Mahomes, Kenneth Walker III, and Travis Kelce wlll be unavailable. Planning ahead is far from the worst idea.

Here's a look at a few potential wire targets with reasonable or favorable Week 5 matchups:

Jacoby Brissett, QB, Arizona Cardinals (vs. DET)

Jameis Winston, QB, New York Giants (at WAS)

Jaylen Wright, RB, Miami Dolphins (vs. CIN)

Ollie Gordon II, RB, Miami Dolphins (vs. CIN)

Rashod Bateman, WR, Baltimore Ravens (at ATL)

Keenan Allen, WR, Indianapolis Colts (at PIT)

Terrance Ferguson, TE, Los Angeles Rams (vs. BUF)

T.J. Hockenson, TE, Minnesota Vikings (at NO)
