A couple of days before the transfer deadline in Serie A arrived, Juventus played a game against Parma in their home opener at the Allianz Stadium. It was their first game without their talented young No. 10, Kenan Yildiz, and we were wondering just what the state of Luciano Spalletti's squad would be.
Two players you did not necessarily expect to score goals, Nico González and Teun Koopmeiners, were the ones who found the back of the net and enabled the Bianconeri to start the new season with two straight wins.
The unexpected help is always appreciated.
