OU football bowl projections 2026: Where are Sooners after Mississippi State win?

OU football is back in the winning column after defeating Mississippi State 23-15 this weekend.

The Sooners (4-3) need two more wins to become bowl eligible, and with five games left this season, including two against unranked teams, OU is expected to make a postseason appearance.

OU defeated the Bulldogs on the road, and will return home on Saturday to host the South Carolina Gamecocks , who are coming off an upset win over No. 14 Tennessee.
