Oklahoma State football bowl projections 2026: Where are Cowboys entering Week 9?

Here are the latest 2026 bowl projections for Oklahoma State football going into Week 9 and the Iowa State matchup.

· 278 words

Oklahoma State is back in the top 25 after dominating Colorado 57-24 at home.

Week 8 was a whirlwind for Big 12 football, with then-No. 2 BYU losing to unranked UCF and Texas Tech falling to Cincinnati. With the losses, Utah is now the only undefeated team in the conference, opening a path for OSU, currently tied with BYU, Arizona and Texas Tech with a 3-1 record, to make it to the Big 12 championship.

The Nov. 14 matchup against Texas Tech in Stillwater could be a decider for a spot in the championship game.

The Pokes take on Iowa State in Ames next, and with a win, OSU will officially be bowl eligible for the first time since 2023.
