Ravens vs. Colts Inactives: Devontez Walker OUT, Elijah Sarratt and Emery Jones scratched

With just under an hour remaining until kickoff, the Baltimore Ravens have announced their inactive player list for Week 1 against the Indianapolis Colts .

The Ravens' wide receiver depth will be tested to begin the season with Walker out due to an ankle injury. Rookie wideout Elijah Sarratt is a healthy scratch and the Ravens elevated Chris Moore from the practice squad to take his place on the gameday roster, likely due to his special teams abilities. The Ravens also elevated linebacker Carl Jones from the practice squad as well.

In addition to Sarratt, fellow rookie Chandler Rivers is a healthy inactive at cornerback, meaning Keyon Martin will be the primary backup nickel defender. Joe Fagnano is unsurprisingly designated inactive as well as the team's third quarterback. Buchanan and Madubuike were already pronounced as out prior to today and will aim to make their return from injuries next week.

The biggest surprise from this list is Emery Jones being a healthy scratch. Jones is believed to be a primary backup offensive guard/tackle, but the Ravens are rolling with Andrew Vorhees and Carson Vinson to have on-hand instead if needed.
