F1 2027 Calendar: Full Race Schedule And Sprint Venues

Formula 1 has announced the calendar for the 2027 season, featuring 24 races and a record 10 sprint events .

Bahrain will kick off the season on March 12-14, returning as the opener after Australia took over the slot in 2025 and 2026. The championship will then head to neighboring Saudi Arabia for the second leg of the season's first double header.

Australia now slots in as the third round, setting off a triple header with Japan and China.

Next, F1 will make its first of three visits to the United States with the Miami Grand Prix from April 30 to May 2 before heading to Montreal, Canada, after a two-week break.

The European leg of the season will then kick off with Monaco on June 4-6, followed by Portugal, which makes a return to the calendar on a two-year deal, having hosted races in 2020 and 2021 during the pandemic.

The legendary Silverstone circuit will form a double header with Austria's Red Bull Ring before Spa-Francorchamps launches another double header with Hungaroring in Hungary.

Following a rotational deal with Barcelona, the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa will now be held in odd-numbered years from 2027, while the Spanish race will feature in even-numbered years starting from 2028.

After a month-long break, F1 will head to Italy's Monza for a double header with the brand-new Madring circuit, which debuted in 2026 and hosted Madrid's first race in over 40 years.

Like Portugal, Istanbul is returning to the calendar for the first time since 2021, with the Turkish Grand Prix taking place on October 1-3 between Azerbaijan and Singapore, forming a triple header.

The Circuit of the Americas in Austin will launch another triple header with Mexico and Brazil in late October, before the series heads back to the U.S. for the third and final stop on American soil at the Las Vegas Grand Prix in November.

F1 will then make one more trip to the Middle East for the penultimate round in Lusail, Qatar, before the season concludes at Yas Marina in Abu Dhabi on December 10-12.

As for the sprint, the number of the events will increase from six to a record 10, with Bahrain, Australia, Japan, Monaco and Abu Dhabi all set to host the short race for the first time.

Montreal, Silverstone, Monza, Sao Paulo and Lusail will also return as sprint venues for 2027.
