Watch: Titans' Brian Daboll is frustrated by Giants' game-sealing pick

The Tennessee Titans again struggled against the New York Giants , with the most glaring issue being an offense that didn't show up until the second half in a 12-7 loss. Yes, Cam Ward and the offense came to life in the second half to make it close, but two failed trips into the red zone cost them the game.

While the first trip, a failed fourth-down pass attempt into the end zone, hurt, that pain is nothing compared to the last-second interception Cam Ward threw in the end zone with 17 seconds remaining. And from the look of it, offensive coordinator Brian Daboll was not happy with his decision.

At that moment, Tennessee had two timeouts remaining and could have easily lived to fight another down, making Ward's decision to force the ball even more questionable. What makes that decision even more head-scratching is that, early in the season, Ward used his legs in that same situation, including a touchdown run against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2.

That last-second play was the nail in the coffin, but Daboll's first-half playcalling definitely helped the Titans dig a hole they couldn't get out of, and he should definitely take a look in the mirror. Yes, everyone should be upset at the forced throw and the loss, but there is a lot of blame to go around for an offense that has not been good enough in 2026.
