Conor Daly's race recap in the Truck Chase race at Kansas in 2026

Conor Daly made steady progress in his Kansas Speedway Truck Series appearance, finishing 16th after starting 24th in Kaulig Racing's No. 25 Ram. Daly remained outside the primary battle for the lead but gradually improved throughout the afternoon.

Daly was among the drivers who stayed on track during the Stage 2 break, giving him temporary track position before the extended rain delay. He slipped backward once the race resumed but still gained eight positions from his starting spot and completed all 134 laps. The 16th-place finish earned Daly 21 Truck Series points.

Daly is a part-time Truck Series competitor and is not involved in the 10-driver Chase. Kansas therefore had no impact on the championship battle from his perspective, but the 21-point afternoon added to his limited-season total and provided another complete race of experience in Kaulig's new Ram program.
