Archer and Tuanzebe to join Auxerre
Former Manchester United and Burnley defender Axel Tuanzebe and Southampton forward Cameron Archer are joining Auxerre.
Southampton forward Cameron Archer has joined French side Auxerre for the season while former Manchester United and Burnley defender Axel Tuanzebe is expected to join permanently.
It is understood that Tuanzebe has agreed a two-year-deal at the club, while Archer will spend the season there on loan.
Archer, 24, has made 77 appearances and scored 11 goals since joining Saints from Aston Villa in August 2024.
Tuanzebe arrives in France as a free agent, having left Burnley over the summer.
He started his career at Manchester United, departing on loan spells to Aston Villa, Napoli and Stoke City.
The 28-year-old made 37 first-team appearances during his time at United.
