WWE legend John Cena isn't planning on ending his retirement from in-ring competition anytime soon.

While speaking at a fan expo in Toronto over the weekend, Cena didn't let a chant for "one more match" go unaddressed, as he made it clear that neither WWE nor AEW would be able to afford him.

"I'm out, dog, whoever said that," Cena said (11:00 mark). "No Khan has got the pocketbook. Nick, Tony, they ain't got the money. I'm out. I'm out."

Cena wrestled his final match for WWE in December, though he's made a few surprise appearances with the company since then. However, it's been clear that the 49-year-old is prioritizing his acting career.

It wouldn't be out of the question for Cena to change his mind at some point down the line, as many wrestlers returned from retirement after they couldn't resist the call of the wrestling ring. But for now, it sounds like Cena won't be lacing up his boots again anytime soon.
