WWE's Liv Morgan Cast in Psychological Thriller 'Ping' After Role in 'Bad Lieutenant' Movie

WWE Women's World Champion Liv Morgan will be starring in the upcoming psychological thriller, Ping , per a report from Deadline's Andreas Wiseman .

This will be Morgan's third film. She previously appeared in the 2023 movie, The Kill Room .

Morgan is one of the top billings in the upcoming movie, Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo , which will premier at the Toronto International Film Festival on Monday.

Ping is currently under production in Mississippi, per Wiseman. The film stars Megan Lawless, who recently had a major role in the massive hit, Obsession as Sarah Harper. As relayed by Deadline, the film is about "an aspiring creative director lands a remote dream job" who is then "forced to choose between her sanity and a boss she can never mute."

Writer-director Richie Gordon had this to say on the movie as well, per Deadline .

" Ping examines the promises of modern work that can push us to work harder and longer, sometimes at the expense of ourselves – it asks those of us living through burnout culture: what is enough? I was blown away by how deeply that resonated with Megan and the rest of the cast, and am incredibly fortunate to have some of the best crew in the business to bring it to life. I'm in awe of the talent behind this film and I can't wait for the world to see it."

In the meantime, Morgan continues her third singles world championship reign. She most recently defeated Stephanie Vaquer at RAW on Monday thanks to interference from Judgment Day.
