Zac Taylor provides latest update on Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins

Cincinnati Bengals coach Zac Taylor said on Sept. 9 that his star wide receivers are progressing ahead of the Sept. 13 home opener against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers .

Taylor said Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins were working toward being full participants in practice , after the duo returned to practice on Sept. 7.

Taylor also updated the status of second-year defensive end Shemar Stewart , but didn't predict if he'd play this week. "We'll progress him this week and see how it ends up," Taylor said.

The Bengals and Buccaneers are scheduled for a 1 p.m. kickoff at Paycor Stadium and the game will be broadcast on Fox19.
