Reebok also announced a footwear partnership with the WNBL that will begin in 2027.Brisbane Bullets CEO Malcolm Watts welcomed Reese to the group and highlighted what her profile could bring to basketball in Queensland.“Angel is a fantastic ambassador for basketball and a globally recognised superstar,” Watts said in the Bullets’ announcement. Reese joined the ownership group of DC Power FC in 2024, giving her a stake in professional soccer while she continued her WNBA career.Then, in September 2025, she joined the ownership group of TOGETHXR, the sports media and lifestyle company founded by Sue Bird, Alex Morgan, Simone Manuel and Chloe Kim.Reese explained what the opportunity meant to her while explaining what it meant for her:“It’s huge for me,” Reese said. “It means standing alongside women who aren’t just legends in their sports, but real trailblazers in business and culture. They’ve opened doors for so many of us, and now I get to lock arms with them and keep pushing things forward.”She also explained that she wanted to bring her own perspective to the established group rather than simply step into someone else’s role.“It’s not so much about teaching them as it is about joining them, and bringing a fresh perspective into everything they’ve already been doing so well,” Reese told USA TODAY Sports in the same interview.Her business work also connects with her foundation. Reese founded the Angel C.
