Santos FC and Umbro, the Club's official sponsor, are launching the Club's new third kit for the season . Built around the concept "Go with determination," one of the chants sung by the fans in the stands, the jersey seeks to revive elements from a season marked by the strength, resilience, and fighting spirit of the Santos side.
The inspiration comes from the 1997 kit, a year in which Santos FC fielded a team of widely recognized technical quality and built its journey throughout the season with determination in the face of challenges. The new kit transforms that spirit into a contemporary reinterpretation, connecting memory and tradition with a more modern visual proposal.
"The launch of the number 3 kit strengthens Santos FC's connection with its history and with a period of great emotion. More than that, it reinforces its bond with the fans and with a chant that represents encouragement and motivation for our players. The phrase 'Go with determination' has been part of great victories and historic comebacks. Santos FC and Umbro have maintained a long partnership, focused on the club and especially on our fans. In practice, it is a tribute to and recognition of the strength that comes from the stands. It will certainly be another success story," said Marcelo Teixeira, president of Santos FC.
Predominantly black, the jersey embraces a low-contrast aesthetic and a minimalist look, with white details and a jacquard fabric that combines matte and glossy finishes. The effect creates a subtle texture throughout the garment and reinforces the model's refined proposal.
One of the main highlights is the modern reinterpretation of the crest used by Santos FC in 1997, an element that creates a direct link to the kit's historical inspiration. In the Player version, the crest is applied in TPU, while the version intended for fans uses a woven application.
"Santos is a club that built its history with talent, personality, and a constant ability to overcome challenges. In this third kit, we sought to look to the past and recover values such as resilience and determination, bringing that inspiration into a current, sophisticated jersey full of details that reinforce Santos's identity. It is a piece that connects different generations of fans through the club's history and tradition," said Eduardo Dal Pogetto, Umbro's director in Brazil.
The concept also appears in the garment's internal details. The customized half-moon features graphic references linked to the Santos universe, while the label located at the hem reinforces the message "Go with determination." The back of the collar also bears the expression "Resilience and determination," deepening the connection between the concept and the kit's visual construction.
With a proposal that combines historical reinterpretation, minimalism, and refinement, Santos's third kit for 2026 celebrates a trait present in different moments of the club's black-and-white history: the determination to keep moving forward and overcome adversity.
As has been the case for a few years now, a Fan version of Peixe's shirts will also be made available, arriving on the market at a lower price than the Player version. In addition to the fabric, the Fan shirt features different details on the sleeves, hem, and inside of the collars, and will be available in men's, women's, youth, and kids' models, as well as long-sleeve and tank top versions.
