Photos: Best images from Hornets' 114-93 preseason loss to Celtics

The Charlotte Hornets traveled to Boston Wednesday night to take on the Celtics in their third of four preseason games and their first away from home. To begin the preseason, Charlotte suffered a loss to the Brooklyn Nets before securing a bounce-back win against the Milwaukee Bucks .

Unfortunately for Charlotte supporters, the Hornets were unable to make it two wins in a row, as turnover issues resulted in a 114-93 loss. It was Tidjane Salaun and Brandon Miller who led the team in scoring, each tallying 16 points apiece. Inserted into the starting lineup for Liam McNeeley, Royce O'Neale added 12 points on a perfect 4-for-4 shooting night from beyond the arc.

Christian Anderson Jr. also saw his first action for the franchise after missing Charlotte's first two games due to injury. The former Texas Tech guard looked as advertised, scoring 10 points on 50% shooting in 21 minutes off the bench.
