Flacco tells Joe Burrow he thought Ja'Marr Chase TD was 'uncatchable'

There were some great reactions on the Cincinnati Bengals ' sideline to receiver Ja'Marr Chase's remarkable touchdown catch in a win against the Houston Texans , as revealed in an "Inside the NFL Week 2 Mic'd Up" video shared by the NFL's Twitter/X account .

"That's unbelievable," quarterback Joe Burrow told Chase.

"I ain't gonna lie," Chase said to teammate Tee Higgins . "I didn't think he was throwing that. … I had to slow down and wait for it. I couldn't see the ball. And then I was running with him in front of me. That ended up working perfect right there."

"We thought that ball was like a little bit - we thought it was like kind of uncatchable," backup quarterback Joe Flacco told Joe Burrow. "The next thing you know, boom, it was perfect."

"I literally don't know what I did," Chase told reporters after the game, per The Enquirer's Kelsey Conway . "I couldn't see the ball for a second and I was just fighting, trying to get in position. But by the time I (saw) the ball, it was like in a light, and it came real fast. It was just adjustment."
