Last-Minute Replacement Adds Popular Name To WWE Money In The Bank: Here's The Updated Card

The men and women's Money in the Bank ladder matches are two-thirds full after Monday Raw in San Antonio, Texas. Monday's episode saw Penta and Roxanne Perez punch their tickets into the match joining Bron Breakker, Je'Von Evans and Trick Williams on the men's side and Sol Ruca, Lola Vice and Jacy Jayne on the women's side. Here's the latest on the card. Let's talk wrestling.

All four remaining spots belong to SmackDown, since both Raw allocations are now filled. The next qualifiers come Friday: CM Punk vs. Gunther vs. Finn Balor on the men's side and Charlotte Flair vs. Giulia vs. Lash Legend on the women's side. Perez is the only woman in the current field with a previous Money in the Bank appearance.

Penta's addition is the real story. After losing to Roman Reigns on last week's episode of Raw in Mexico City in one of the best matches of 2026, WWE is riding Penta's wave. He's so over right now, it would be foolish for WWE not to put him in the men's ladder match at MITB.

Perez's pin of IYO SKY says a few things. First, IYO is a pro's pro for putting Perez over. Second, WWE is finally giving Perez an opportunity to shine. She has it all and now she may be getting the chance to prove it.

Williams and Jayne are both champions already, which probably means neither of them will win their MITB matches. If one was to go over it would be Jayne. She is one of the most gifted and well-rounded performers on the women's side and the title picture could benefit greatly from her having the briefcase with the rest of Fatal Influence by her side.

The best thing about the still-building MITB ladder match fields is the amount of new faces. There's so much young talent in the matches already, it'll be interesting to see who fills out the last four spots.

Reigns-Knight could be an amazing main event. If Knight doesn't go over here, it'll be tough. Fans desperately want him to have his title reign and he just delivered the best mic work of his WWE career on Raw. Yeah, it's probably time.
