Notre Dame's defense banged up as Bowen, Moore out at Navy
Notre Dame has lost several players, including Drayk Bowen, to injury at Navy.
No. 6 Notre Dame will finish the Navy game without the services of several of its best defensive players.
Not only that, but the Fighting Irish will need to worry about possible absences from at least some of those players when they face No. 1 Miami (FL) next Saturday.

Linebacker Drayk Bowen went off against Navy, and star cornerback Leonard Moore has been on the sidelines with pads on but not playing. The ABC broadcast reported that Moore is technically available but it seems unlikely he'll play today unless absolutely necessary.
The Irish are also without linebacker Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa, who was ruled out before today's game . Safety Brauntae Johnson has been out all season thus far.
Defensive lineman Francis Brewu is also out of the lineup. Cornerback DJ McKinney is also missing time .
