Google has announced a set of new Gemini tools aimed at small business owners, led by a dedicated business landing page inside the Gemini app. The company says tens of millions of small business owners already use Gemini to brainstorm products, handle customer feedback and analyse performance, and that the new tools are meant to give them time back so they can focus on the work they started their companies for. The announcement was published on Google’s India blog by Vishnu Sivaji, Senior Director of the Gemini app.The landing page is designed as a central hub where owners can build their brand, analyse finances and understand customer insights. Gemini can also now connect to Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Google Workspace, as well as third-party apps including Adobe, Canva, Dropbox, Shopify, Wix, Zoho and Xero.Brand-consistent visualsBusinesses can now define their brand style in Gemini by uploading a website, brand kit, fonts or colour palettes. Paired with Nano Banana 2.1, Google’s latest image-generation model, Gemini can produce end-to-end visuals for product launches and marketing campaigns. Google says Gemini remembers the brand style, so owners do not have to upload their guidelines each time they want new on-brand material.Financial insights from messy recordsGemini can also turn disorganised spreadsheets, receipts and purchase records into clear financial graphics and interactive models within seconds, according to Google. The aim is to let owners get insights in plain language rather than working through the numbers themselves.Business owners in India and elsewhereGoogle highlighted several users to illustrate the tools. In Maharashtra, farmer and content creator Santosh Jadhav turned his traditional fields into a ginger farm with no formal training or local mentors. He used Gemini as a virtual agronomist to judge soil suitability, calculate seed requirements and draft an investment budget, and he shares his farming journey online to show how easily AI can be used in everyday agriculture. In Jakarta, Gumilang turned a neglected space under train tracks into Barelz Arena, a sports and entertainment hub. With no background in branding or sports, he used Gemini to develop a “Brazilian-street” visual identity, design merchandise and draft partnership proposals. In Bordeaux, France, ceramicist Morgane says Gemini saves her two to three hours a day by drafting product descriptions, newsletters and social media hooks. In Goiânia, Brazil, personal organiser Patricia Morais uses Gemini for customer service and content while working on accessible products such as clothing QR codes for people with visual impairments.AvailabilityThe business landing page, the new marketing and finance skills and the additional connected apps will begin rolling out in the coming days to all Gemini app users worldwide, Google said. For larger organisations that want centralised admin controls, data governance and enterprise-grade security, the company pointed to its separate Gemini for business offering. You use AI every day.
