Vice President Vance will rally Republican voters Monday in North Carolina as the party fights to hold a key Senate seat in November.

Vance is set to appear in Greensboro, less than a week after President Trump traveled to the Tar Heel State , to campaign alongside GOP Senate nominee Michael Whatley. The ex-Republican National Committee chair is looking to fend off his Democratic challenger , former Gov. Roy Cooper, for the seat being vacated by Sen. Thom Tillis (R).

His remarks are scheduled to begin at 12:45 p.m. EDT.
