Seasoned actress Archana Puran Singh, who is known for her infectious laughter and fun-loving personality, along with her husband Parmeet Sethi, is bringing a whole new flavour of entertainment to ‘Dhamaal With Pati Patni Aur Panga – Jodiyon Ka Reality Check’. Returning with Season 2, the show brings together seven celebrity couples, each adding their own twist, personality and real-life chemistry to the entertainment quotient. While the jodis keep the laughter going with their fun dynamics and playful banter, an unexpected equation that has caught everyone’s attention is the one between Archana Puran Singh and host Munawar Faruqui.Archana, known for her trademark laughter, has surprised Munawar with her funny replies to his roasts. Their banter has become one of the most entertaining parts of the show. Munawar thought it would be an easy task to make Archana laugh but she is giving him equally witty answers. Their playful exchanges are winning over audiences, who are enjoying watching the two comedians match each other’s humour.Speaking about her equation with Munawar, Archana Puran Singh shares, “I think Munawar came in expecting me to laugh at his jokes, because he is funny of course, and I’m a fan of his sense of humour. But I don’t think he quite expected that I would give it back to him, and that too, with the same enthusiasm with which he makes jokes at my expense! However, whatever banter we exchange is in good faith and in the spirit of good humour and meant solely to elicit a few laughs at each other’s expense. The best part is that Munawar is also a sport and gives as good as he gets and appreciates that I’m always ready with a comeback! When two people who love comedy come together, there’s bound to be a little sparring, and neither of us is willing to back down. I think that’s what makes our equation so much fun to watch. For years, I’ve been sitting in the judge’s chair, laughing at other people’s jokes, so to actually get in there and become part of the fun is a lovely change. I’m enjoying exploring this side of myself, and I think the audience is enjoying it too.”Get the latest TV News, TV Shows and more. Download the TOI app.
