Florida high school football scores: Recap Week 6 games in 2026 season

Hard to believe we've already reached the last Football Friday in September of the 2026 high school football season . Here's to sending the month off with a bang!

The stars have been out like never before midway through the season, and they'll keep shining to wrap up the September schedule. Nease and West Boca got things started on Thursday against Beachside and Olympic Heights, respectively. Some more great Miami rivalries highlight the Friday night action with Central vs. Northwestern and Southwest vs. Palmetto .

On the Gulf Coast, Clearwater Central Catholic heads to Tampa Catholic, while Cardinal Mooney hosts Braden River. IMG Academy takes on Legacy School of Sports Sciences from Texas, and Venice plays Sarasota. The action doesn't stop on Friday: Miami Norland welcomes McArthur on Saturday night right after the big college game between Florida and Ole Miss .
