This number is just priced wrong. Chelsea is the better team, and it isn't especially close. More talent all over the pitch, and with no European football this week, they come in fresh.

The table says this is even. Everton are 5th on 10 points from six games and Chelsea is 6th on 10. But look at how they got there. Everton's league form reads draw, draw, draw, win, draw. They come in off a 2-2 draw at Hull City, while Chelsea just smashed Bournemouth 5-1 at Stamford Bridge. One team is drawing games. The other is putting five on people.

Yes, this one's at the Hill Dickinson, and yes, Everton are rested too. But Chelsea have the better attackers, with Cole Palmer, Joao Pedro and Morgan Rogers all able to break a game open. When the better side is sitting at plus money, you take it.

It's been a wild week at the Etihad. You've seen the headlines, so we won't dwell on them. On the pitch, City went from a statement 3-0 win at Anfield to getting pounded at home by PSG, the back-to-back Champions League winners.

Don't let Wednesday fool you, though. In the league, this team is perfect: six wins from six, with 16 goals scored. They've hit three or more in three of their last five, including 3-0 at Liverpool, 5-3 over Sunderland and 4-1 at Crystal Palace.

Ipswich have been leaky. They've conceded 12 goals in six league games, and they shipped five at Manchester United back in August. The last time they came to the Etihad, City won 6-0. One projection model has City at 3.1 expected goals for this game and puts 3-0 as the single most likely scoreline.

I would check the lineups before placing this bet to confirm that there isn't heavy rotation. But if there isn't, I like City to take it out on somebody and Ipswich are next up.

These two score a lot, and this is a derby. Both played in Europe midweek, so the legs might be heavy. I don't care. Rivalry games get loose.

The numbers back it up. Brighton's matches are averaging 3.4 goals per game this season, and Palace's are averaging 3.3. Brighton's last five games went over 2.5 four times, and they scored 15 goals in that span. Palace hit over 2.5 in four of their last five too. The Seagulls already have a 5-0 win at Coventry and a 3-0 win over Arsenal this season.

The over 3 line gives you a cushion. Four or more goals and you win at -110. Exactly three and you get your money back. That's a good price for a game with this much chaos potential.

Arsenal are the class of this league along with City. They sit 2nd on 15 points with form of four wins in their last five. Forest are 15th on just 5 points.

Forest are in a bad spot. They lost 3-1 at Crystal Palace last time out and lost 1-0 at home to Coventry before that. They've scored only four goals in their last five games.

The under is the easy part. The last five meetings between these clubs finished, 3-0, 0-0, 3-0, 2-1 and 2-1. None of those games had more than three goals. Arsenal won four of the last six games and drew the other one.

This is a bet I basically make on autopilot when the price is right. Arsenal win, and they don't do it in shootouts. At -120, I'm in.

Pick: Arsenal Moneyline & Under 4.5 Goals (-115)

This is the fun one. Coventry win or draw at +150.

Spurs have played a bit better lately, but the results haven't come. They're 19th with three points and a -6 goal difference. In their last five league games they lost to Newcastle and Aston Villa and drew Forest, Everton and Manchester United. That's three goals in five games. This team can't finish anything.

Now look at the new boys. Coventry lost their first four without scoring, then ended both droughts with a 1-0 win at Nottingham Forest before the international break. On Monday they followed it up by hammering Newcastle 4-1 for their first home Premier League win in 25 years. That moved Frank Lampard's side out of the relegation zone.

Here's the kicker. One projection model gives Coventry a 33% win chance and puts the draw at 31%. That's roughly 64% for this bet to cash. +150 implies 40%. Spurs are home and they're desperate, but they've yet to win a game in the league and they shouldn't be favored by this much to anyone right now. Let's take a shot.
