Jordan Hall injury update: Michigan State football LB out vs EMU
Michigan State football will be without linebacker and captain Jordan Hall, who was wearing an elbow brace, against Eastern Michigan on Saturday.
EAST LANSING – Michigan State football won't have Jordan Hall as it welcomes Eastern Michigan .
The senior linebacker and two-time captain wore a brace on his right elbow during pregame warmups Saturday, Sept. 12, after suffering an injury early in the Spartans ' 30-20 win over Toledo on Sept. 4. Hall returned after halftime and played, finishing with four tackles and one of those for a loss in a season-opening win.

Sophomore Brady Pretzlaff made his first collegiate start against the Rockets alongside Hall, who was replaced by transfer Caleb Wheatland while tending to his injury. Another transfer, Dion Crawford , did not dress against Toledo but will be in uniform against EMU (1-1).
Among others not in uniform Saturday for MSU are wide receiver KK Smith and defensive tackle Carlos Hazelwood.
