🎥 Brazilian football already has a team in the Libertadores final

Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras are through to yet another Copa Libertadores semifinal, the 13th in their history.

Extending their record among Brazilian clubs.

After winning at Nubank Parque (1-0), Verdão traveled to Quito and its altitude to take on LDU.

They saw the Ecuadorian side make it 3-2 after the 90 minutes, which forced a penalty shootout.

But they came out on top in the shootout (4-3) thanks to Carlos Miguel .

Verdão will now face Fluminense, chasing their fourth Libertadores final since the 2020 edition.

And the stage will be the Centenario, in Montevideo.
