Fantasy football start or sit Week 1: Kyler Murray, Jaxson Dart, Jordan Love

With Week 1 here, we're doling out some fantasy football start or sit advice for New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart , Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kyler Murray and Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love .

Murray is getting a fresh start in Minnesota after his time in Arizona ended this offseason, and both Dart and Love are hoping to take another step forward in their careers after up-and-down campaigns for both in 2025.

Are any of these three signal-callers worthy of a spot in your starting lineup in Week 1?

With no Micah Parsons (PUP list) or Rashan Gary (traded), the Packers' pass-rush is weaker than it was last season, and there is nothing scary about Green Bay 's cornerbacks room.

Murray offers a safe floor thanks to his rushing ability, and he's playing for a head coach in Kevin O'Connell who has a history of reviving the career of a down-and-out quarterback.

Adding to that, this might be the best supporting cast Murray has ever had with guys like Justin Jefferson , Jordan Addison and Jauan Jennings at wide receiver.

Consider me a believer in Murray with the Vikings. He's in our lineup in Week 1.

There's a lot of hype surrounding the Cowboys' defense after an offseason overhaul, but we have to see it to believe it after Dallas sported a putrid defense last season.

Even if the Cowboys' defense is better, there's a scenario in which the Giants are chasing points and forced to throw a ton if their defense has issues slowing down Dallas' offense.

I expect Malik Nabers to play, which will help Dart's cause, and his rushing ability gives him another avenue to pick up points.

Love was not an effective fantasy quarterback last season, ranking as QB21 overall in fantasy points per game, per Fantasy Pros .

And he doesn't draw a favorable matchup in Week 1 against a Vikings defense that gave up the second-fewest passing yards per game last season.

Minnesota traded Jonathan Greenard , but the team still has two good edge rushers, and Brian Flores knows how to create pressure in other ways.

This has all the makings of a rough game for Love, and I don't feel comfortable starting him this week.
