Real Madrid star spotted back at Valdebebas after leaving NT camp with injury

Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé was on Saturday spotted back at the club's training base, for a round of medical tests.

For those who may have missed it, frontman Mbappé set alarm bells ringing amongst all of a Real Madrid persuasion late on Friday evening.

After netting the only goal in France's Nations League victory over Türkiye, the 27-year-old pulled up with what appeared at the time to be a knee complaint.

From here, Mbappé was hooked from proceedings, as Zinedine Zidane's tenure in the French dugout was kickstarted with a hard-fought triumph.

Post-match, Les Bleus ' new headmaster admitted that his star goalscorer was indeed dealing with an injury, with Mbappé having been granted permission to depart the French camp as a result.

And as alluded to above, less than 24 hours on, the former Paris Saint-Germain standout was back in Spain.

Mbappé was spotted both arriving at and departing Real Madrid's Valdebebas base on Saturday afternoon, forced to undergo a round of medical tests and scans to ascertain the extent of his fitness setback.
