Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson reportedly suffered a sprained ankle during Sunday's 24-18 win over the Tennessee Titans, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport .

Jackson did not return to the field for the second half and was spotted leaving the locker room in a walking boot. An MRI was scheduled for Monday.

Per Rapoport, there remains an "outside" chance Jackson could play Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons. Depending on how his recovery goes, he is also at risk of missing time. The ankle injury is not considered a long-term ailment or one that would require surgery.

If Jackson cannot go in Week 5, Tyler Huntley, who relieved Jackson against the Titans, would get the start. Huntley went 8-of-9 passing for 63 yards and added 16 rushing yards.

Ravens head coach Jesse Minter told reporters on Monday, "I don't know the chances yet" of Jackson playing in Week 5, and did add, "I don't think it's going to be crazy long-term."

Jackson appeared to sustain the injury on a sack late in the first half by Titans defensive end Jermaine Johnson. The Ravens quarterback was able to stand up from the tackle and walk off the field.

Replays showed that Jackson's left ankle got caughtand twisted under Johnson's body as Johnson sacked him from behind.

Before the injury, Jackson went 15 for 20 for 222 yards and two touchdowns, while adding 20 rushing yards.

Jackson has completed 70.8% of his passes, which, if he sustains that mark, would be a career high. The quarterback has thrown for 967 yards, 6 touchdowns and 1 interception so far. Jackson isn't running as much, but still has an additional 144 yards and another score on the ground.

The Ravens are tied with the Cleveland Browns atop the AFC North through four games. Both teams are 3-1, while the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals are 2-2.
