As Travis Kelce remains focused in the new season, one of his investments has now landed in hot water.Six Flags finds itself in major legal trouble, months after Travis Kelce’s $200 million investment into the brandIn the last few years, one of Travis Kelce’s major investments, the Six Flags Entertainment, has found itself in major legal trouble as it faces three lawsuits from people who have claimed that they have had severe brain damage after going on their infamous X2 rides.As per CNN, on Tuesday, during a press conference, Gary Dordick, an attorney, said, “These people went to Magic Mountain for some entertainment. For some family fun. And they suffered catastrophic brain damage,”Gary Dordick added, “It’s the design of this ride that makes it inherently dangerous and makes it dangerous in a way that no reasonable rider would expect…Time after time innocent people are coming off the ride with permanent brain damage.”While Six Flags is already involved in a wrongful death lawsuit with Christopher Hawley’s family, who died in 2022 after getting on the infamous ride, two other women were left with severe injuries after boarding the ride in July 2026.Both women experienced brain hemorrhages and had to undergo emergency surgery as 25 year old Naomi Greer-Wilkinson, remains hospitalized.As per NBC, attorney Christopher Bulone, of Dordick Law, said, "The design of this ride makes it inherently dangerous, and makes it dangerous in a way that no reasonable rider would expect…”He added, “Naomi had no idea, when she was going to Magic Mountain with her siblings and her friends, that she was signing up for something that could potentially rip the veins in her skull, cause catastrophic bleeding, and lead to a coma."The infamous X2 ride has remained shut ever since the injuries in July,Travis Kelce has been a brand ambassador for Six Flags after investing $200 million amid controversial legal troubleThe Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end, Travis Kelce, invested into Six Flags last year as he teamed up with activist hedge fund JANA Partners for a 9% stake in the company.
