Sean McVay talks to assistants, says they will 'learn' after taunting incident with Eagles fans during comeback win
Several Rams assistants were spotted pounding on the glass from their box and taunting Eagles fans during their comeback win on Sunday in Philadelphia.
Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay said he has spoken to his assistant coaches who were spotted taunting and interacting with Philadelphia Eagles fans at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday.
Several videos surfaced on social media that showed some Rams assistants banging on the glass from their box at the stadium and taunting Eagles fans sitting below them during their 24-20 win. Eagles fans were jeering back, and multiple things were thrown at the glass.
It's unclear what sparked the exchange, but McVay said they will "be better in those situations" moving forward.

"We'll learn from that," McVay said, via ESPN . "We'll be better. Those fans are really into it, but I know that we want to make sure that we're representing the class and just the calm steadiness that we want to have while also being emotionally into it. And there's ways that we can have that reflected. "We did talk about it, and that won't be an issue moving forward."

The Rams rallied back from a 10-point deficit in the fourth quarter to beat the Eagles on Sunday. Kyren Williams scored two rushing touchdowns in the final four minutes of the game, the first of which capped a 98-yard drive. The Eagles didn't convert a single third down attempt, and got stuffed on fourth down at the goal line before Williams' first touchdown. Both teams moved to 2-2.
The Rams will host the Buffalo Bills next week, and won't be on the road again until a tilt with the Las Vegas Raiders on Oct. 25. While McVay insisted that it won't be an issue anymore, his assistant coaches will have a friendlier crowd around them at least for the near future.
