Burrow, Hurts, Allen lead Week 1 fantasy football quarterback rankings

MIAMI, Sept. 9 (UPI) -- Joe Burrow leads my Top-20 fantasy football quarterback rankings for Week 1 of the 2026 NFL season.

Jalen Hurts , Josh Allen , Lamar Jackson and Baker Mayfield are my other Top-5 gunslingers for the wave of season openers. Justin Herbert , Dak Prescott , Matthew Stafford , Caleb Williams and Jared Goff are my other Top 10 selections.

My weekly rankings are based on likely game script, previous performance and strength of opponent. They will be adjusted throughout Week 1.
