14 Aggies serving on NFL coaching staffs entering the 2026 season

Texas A&M has 14 Aggies working across NFL staffs in 2026, including three head coaches and several longtime assistants.

Texas A&M not only produces NFL talent, but Aggies also serve across the league in various roles on team staffs.

The most notable is Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell. He helped turn the Lions from a bottom-of-the-barrel franchise into a playoff contender in just a few years, which eventually resulted in him losing both of his coordinators to head coaching jobs. One of those was Aaron Glenn, who served as Campbell's defensive coordinator for four seasons and helped lead one of the league's top defensive units.

Klint Kubiak has a long history with Texas A&M, and after winning a Super Bowl last season as the Seattle Seahawks' offensive coordinator, he will now get to run the show in Las Vegas as the Raiders' head coach. Then there are two longtime NFL coaches in Dennis Allen, who is currently the Chicago Bears' defensive coordinator, and Johnny Holland, who has been with the San Francisco 49ers for a decade and helped develop some of the NFL's best linebackers.

There are plenty of others, providing more evidence that the Texas A&M-to-NFL pipeline is real and isn't limited to players.
