Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens are making another major move in their home life. The Olympic gymnast and Indianapolis Colts safety have put their Spring, Texas, property on the market for $1.2 million, just days after Biles revealed details of a frightening burglary involving their former Chicago residence. Built in 2019, the home includes 3.5 bathrooms, a media room and a study, giving the couple plenty of space while their larger custom house was being built.The property’s listing describes it as a private retreat designed for year-round living and entertaining. Its interior features a kitchen with a waterfall-edge island, quartz surfaces, custom cabinetry and a hidden walk-in pantry. Sliding doors connect the family room with the outdoor space, while the primary suite includes a spa-style bathroom and two walk-in closets.The sale comes after Biles and Owens completed the custom lakefront property they had spent years planning. Biles previously said the project took about five years, including a year devoted to design. Construction eventually began in 2022 after the couple received approval from their homeowners association.Biles has also explained that she and Owens worked together on the design.“I’ve been in Houston most of the time, so I’m going to officially move there [to Indianapolis] a little bit later. So I haven’t experienced too much, but the stadium is stunning. It’s beautiful. I’m just excited to watch my husband. And so it would be really easy for producers to just film regularly.”She also documented her search for another vehicle before settling on a Porsche Cayenne GTS.“We went over to Porsche, they had a Cayenne GTS,” she shared. “And baby, when they turned that thing on, I was sold.
