Amid this, there has been a new twist to the controversial case.Travis Kelce becomes a victim in a scam that has taken a new turn in the new season as he prepares to take the fieldAs per NBC News, filing in the U.S. District Court for Eastern District of Missouri, Travis Kelce’s alleged scammer Siddharth Jawahar’s marriage to a woman named Caroline Tredway was blocked by federal prosecutors saying he may be attempting “to obtain immigration status in the United States”But the alleged scammer’s attorney Doug Passon has explicitly denied such claims as he stated that Siddharth Jawahar has been willing to marry $25 for a wedding ring and a $75 for an officiant to “officiate the wedding”.In a response, attorney Doug Passon stated, “The truth is, Mr. Jawahar very much hopes to stay here after his sentence and build a life with Caroline, and he plans to pursue any legal avenues to do so…”In a letter written to court in August, Caroline Tredway opened up about their romance as she wrote, “That night, Sid voiced his interest in me and asked me out on a date for the next evening,” she wrote. “That date turned out to be the best date of both of our lives.
