Quarterback review: Lamar Jackson outduels Dak Prescott in Brazil

Lamar Jackson and Dak Prescott took different paths to the same late-game destination Sunday in Brazil. Both quarterbacks led critical fourth-quarter drives, but Jackson and the Ravens earned the final possession and the victory.

Jackson completed 15 of 20 passes for 186 yards and two touchdowns. He committed no turnovers or sacks, finishing with a 136.7 passer rating. His 50 rushing yards added another dimension and helped Baltimore finish with 192 yards on the ground.

His most important work came after Dallas erased an 11-point deficit. Trailing 28-24, Jackson directed an 11-play, 64-yard drive and connected with Hibner for a 21-yard touchdown.

Prescott was asked to carry more of the Cowboys' offense. He completed 25 of 40 attempts for 276 yards and one touchdown. Dallas trailed 24-13 before Prescott helped direct three consecutive scoring possessions. His final drive covered 60 yards in 1:23 and set up Aubrey's tying field goal. Prescott also reached 250 career passing touchdowns, joining Russell Wilson , Aaron Rodgers , John Elway and Fran Tarkenton as quarterbacks with 250 touchdown passes and 30 rushing scores.

Prescott produced more volume overall, but Jackson was more efficient. Baltimore's quarterback also delivered the touchdown drive that set up Loop's winning kick.
