In the eyes of many, the Green Bay Packers have established themselves as championship contenders. At the bare minimum, most would at least assume they will make the playoffs. After all, Green Bay just bested the divisional rival Chicago Bears by a score of 31-7 in a performance that displayed their potential.

However, Las Vegas isn't necessarily on the Packers' side yet. Betonline.ag still has the Packers favored to miss the playoffs, not make them. The team has -220 odds to miss the postseason, compared to +180 odds to make compete for the Lombardi Trophy. Those odds likely come as a shock to many. The receiver duo of Christian Watson and Matthew Golden has been electric in recent weeks, with both pass-catchers on pace to surpass the 1,000-yard mark by a good margin.

Jordan Love has other options to feed the rock too, though, including the recently paid tight end Tucker Kraft, and running back Marshawn Lloyd, who is fresh off a two-score game. Plus, Micah Parsons' return is imminent . The edge rusher is one of the best players in the NFL and could turn a good defense into a great one.

There are a few things working against the Packers, though. For starters, the NFC North is incredibly competitive. While the Packers dominated the Bears, they did so with Caleb Williams sidelined. Chicago has shown how great they can be when their quarterback is in the lineup. The Detroit Lions have one of the bet offenses in the NFL, and the Minnesota Vikings have shocked everybody by starting the season 5-0. It is also tough to know if Parsons will look like himself upon his return, and Josh Jacobs' future is still murky. Regardless, there seems to be good value in betting on Green Bay right now.
