Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker Alex Highsmith (groin) is good to go for Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints in Paris. Highsmith does not have an injury designation after dealing with a groin issue, which limited him during the team's practices at the UPMC Rooney Sports Complex on Wednesday and Thursday.

Highsmith was an estimated full practice participant on Friday. The Steelers cancelled Friday's practice in Paris due to rain and wind in the forecast.

With three sacks, Highsmith currently ranks second on the team, behind only fellow outside linebacker T.J. Watt (4.5). Nick Herbig has posted two and cornerback Jalen Ramsey just as many, both coming in an overtime win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last Sunday.

Highsmith also has 11 combined tackles and a pass defended on the season.

Some speculated after the Steelers extended Herbig's contract in the offseason that Highsmith might have been on the trade block. Highsmith talked during training camp about his future in Pittsburgh.

"I want to be a Steeler for life," Highsmith said. "I just want to go out there and do whatever I can to help bring another Super Bowl to this team, another Super Bowl to this city. I do want to be a Steeler for life. Just excited for this year, and obviously, our group. We're the best group in the league edge-wise. The three of us and Jack (Sawyer). Just really, really excited for the group that we have. I think there's going to be some special things."
