Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua was unable to finish practice on Thursday after suffering a calf injury, causing him to exit early. He's the latest Rams player to get hurt , joining a list that includes Davante Adams, Kobie Turner and Myles Garrett.

Fortunately, Nacua's injury isn't believed to be serious.

Ian Rapoport said on NFL Network Friday that Nacua underwent testing on his calf and it's believed to be "more minor than anything else." Rapoport stopped short of saying Nacua's removal from practice was "precautionary because it's not nothing," but Rapoport doesn't believe it's a "significant injury.

"Yesterday we learned that Puka Nacua left practice with a calf injury," he said. "Went to go have tests. My understanding is after the tests, it was more minor than anything else. I wouldn't say precautionary because it's not nothing, but at least not a significant injury. What that doesn't tell us is whether or not Puka Nacua will be able to play this weekend for the Los Angeles Rams. … I think it's safe to say Puka Nacua is up in the air for Sunday."

Nacua missed two games earlier this season with a hip/groin injury, which he also suffered in practice. It's unclear whether this calf injury will keep him out of Sunday's contest against the Las Vegas Raiders , especially considering how late in the week it occurred.

The Rams have one more practice on Friday before releasing their final injury report of the week. They will then have to make a final decision on his status 90 minutes before kickoff on Sunday when inactives are due.
